Our modern California-style home is situated in the Shoal Creek area just 10 minutes from Downtown, the Med Center, and the University of Texas.  Our home is in a tranquil neighborhood with quiet, tree-lined streets.

The Austin Ranch House features 2000 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  The king-size, double bed, and trundle with two singles can easily accommodate 6 guests (or 8 guests by using the sofa bed in the living room).

There is so much to do in Austin, you will love it.  After a day at the lake or exploring town, come home to the tranquility of the pool and deck for a BBQ in the garden, or try one of the many fine local restaurants.

If you love to cook this fully equipped kitchen is for you. The house has two large screen TVs equipped with cable and DVD players, iPod docks, a Playstation, and features full Wi-Fi wireless.
